OUR TOT TRANSITION CLASSES ARE A GREAT START FOR YOUR CHILD!

Our Toddler Transition classes are a 2 hour independent class for ages 2-4 geared toward introducing your toddler to proper socialization, focus, and improving independence to prepare them for the world of pre-school.  This transition class is stimulating, fun, and nurtures creativity and self-expression through engaging  activities from imaginative play, music and creative movement, art and craft, sensory exploration, story time, circle time activities, gym and free play, and snack time with friends.

We support the Reggio and Rie philosophies of child directed learning, where children play "organically". Your child will benefit by...

1) Improved Socialization through exposure to peers and hands on assistance; with emphasis on social emotional development. 

2) Increased Confidence by achieving success on many levels of learning.

3) Strengthened Independence by easing separation anxiety and learning to play independently.

4) Improved Gross and Fine Motor Skills, Balance, Coordination, and Body Awareness through sensory motor activities and gym equipment.

5) Improved Language and Cognitive functioning through song and creative play activities.

6) Improved focus and participation in group structured activities, making new friends, nurturing self-discovery and fostering a love of learning!

*Tot Transition class is by appointment only and 1st class is $40 to evaluate if your child is ready to transition. Amount will be pro-rated for the remaining 7 classes upon enrollment. 

*If your child is not ready to separate during the 1st class, participation in our mommy/me program may be required before eligible for 2 hour drop-off.
